Officers rushed to the scene but found no victim according to KLAS.

The gunfire reportedly broke out around the time Tupac Shakur’s family left the Vegas courthouse for lunch according to PEOPLE.

The police response did not disrupt Davis’ trial, which entered its second day Tuesday.

Davis, 62, is accused of orchestrating the 1996 killing of the hip-hop legend also known as 2Pac in Las Vegas. He has pleaded not guilty.

The shooting report came as prosecutors and defense attorneys continued proceedings in the long-awaited murder trial.

Police have not said whether they found evidence of gunfire or made any arrests in connection with Tuesday’s incident.
