A federal court blocked a rule Tuesday issued by the Biden administration targeting so-called “ghost guns” on constitutional grounds.
Chief United States District Judge Reed O’Connor, a George W. Bush appointee, ruled in favor of Defense Distributed, accepting arguments that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)’s “frame or receiver rule” was unconstitutional on both Fifth Amendment and Second Amendment grounds
