Courteney Cox proves age is just a number.

During a recent trip to Hawaii to celebrate her friend, Jennifer Meyer’s wedding, the 62-year-old actress was spotted enjoying a day at the beach.

The “Cougar Town” star was photographed smiling in a black bikini while standing on the beach.

She paired the bikini with layered gold necklaces and earrings, and wore her hair in a ponytail to take a dip in the ocean. In the photos, she is seen standing knee-deep in the water before wrapping a towel over her body to dry off.

Cox has shared how she manages to stay fit as she gets older, telling Marie Claire in September 2022 that she takes vitamins in the mornings, in addition to drinking “the cucumber, pineapple, ginger, and lemon thing.”

“I play tennis twice a week. I used to box twice a week, but my left knee is hurt,” she said about her fitness routine. “I also do pilates once a week. As I get older, I realize it’s more important for me to do weights. It’s amazing how I used to be really muscley but not so much anymore.”

She later gave fans a glimpse of her workout routine in an Instagram video in July 2024, which showed her running on a treadmill, pull-ups, squats and crunches.

The “Friends” star was also seen enjoying her summer while on a luxury yacht off the Spanish island of Mallorca with her longtime friend, Jennifer Aniston, and other actors, including Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann and Pedro Pascal.

In addition to relaxing on the boat, the celebrity besties were also photographed taking a dip in the ocean and engaging in water sports.

Cox rose to stardom as one of the stars of the hit sitcom “Friends,” which she starred in for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, alongside Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry.

Following Perry’s death in October 2023, Cox shared on “CBS Sunday Morning,” that Perry was “probably one of the funniest human beings in the world.”

“I’m so thankful I got to work so closely with him for so many years,” she said. “He visits me a lot, if we believe in that.”

She further shared some of her spiritual connections to other lost loved ones, like her parents, and how she still feels Perry with her.

“I’ve talked to my mom, my dad, Matthew. I feel like there are a lot of people that are… I think they guide us. I do sense, yeah, I sense Matthew’s around for sure,” Cox said.
