Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) member Francesca Hong is the new frontrunner for the Democratic nomination after the former leader, Mandela Barnes, suddenly dropped out. Hong, a 37-year-old state assemblywoman from Madison, has drawn support from Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and radical socialist streamer Hasan Piker.
