A Solana (SOL) memecoin trader turned an $870 investment into more than $312,000 in just five hours after buying into the newly launched Effective Accelerationism (e/acc) token.
Particulars of the transaction indicate the trader, using a wallet beginning with 9hVshY, purchased 16.7 million e/acc tokens across five transactions for about $870.23.
As the token’s price surged, the position’s value climbed to roughly $313,200, representing an unrealized gain of more than 35,000%, according to on-chain data shared by Lookonchain on September 26,

Within hours of launch, the token’s market capitalization briefly exceeded $17 million while generating more than $25 million in trading volume.
Later, the market cap climbed above $29 million, with trading volume surpassing $55 million as buying activity accelerated across decentralized exchanges, including PumpSwap.
The rapid rally helped early participants secure significant gains as capital flowed into the project during its initial price discovery phase.
Why e/acc rallied
The token takes its branding from the effective accelerationism (e/acc) movement, a technology-focused philosophy that advocates rapid progress in areas such as artificial intelligence, energy, and economic growth.
Interest in the token was further boosted by its association with the broader e/acc community and online discussions surrounding Beff Jezos, a prominent figure linked to the movement.
Although the individual has no formal involvement with the token, the connection helped drive social media attention during the launch.
Combined with Solana’s low transaction costs and active memecoin ecosystem, the narrative contributed to strong speculative demand.
While the trade ranks among the most notable recent Solana memecoin gains, it also highlights the risks of the sector.
Most memecoins rely heavily on hype and buyer demand rather than utility or revenue. Liquidity can disappear quickly, making exits difficult during sharp selloffs.
Analysts have also raised concerns about holder concentration and early accumulation patterns in newly launched tokens, which can increase volatility.
Similar Solana meme coins have posted explosive gains before suffering steep corrections, with many losing most of their value within days.
