As the U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments Wednesday concerning Tennessee’s ban on child sex changes, there’s no better time to revisit a Daily Caller documentary that exposes the utter depravity of online grooming.
In 2023, the Biden DOJ sued the state of Tennessee over a bill that banned child sex changes, claiming the legislation violated the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and discriminated against confused or otherwise mentally ill youth who identified as transgender. The bill in question barred healthcare providers from giving minors sex change surgeries, puberty blockers and cross sex hormones. (Stream the Daily Caller’s documentary, ‘Groomed,’ HERE)
Many of the kids Tennessee’s bill seeks to protect from a money-grubbing healthcare industry are often victims of online grooming. On social media, where kids are free to roam without parental supervision, they discover videos and chat forums where left-wing adults spread a poisonous transgender ideology. Without knowing any better, innocent kids get sucked into a world where down is up, gender is “fluid” and sex changes at such a young age are “necessary” to survive — “life-saving, gender-affirming healthcare.”
It’s truly terrifying stuff, and one of the main reasons why, when I have kids, I will be an absolute dictator over their internet use, cell phones, social media, etc.
Thankfully, the Daily Caller’s documentary, “Groomed,” shines a light on all the awful things online that parents, understandably, miss. The film tells the story of a mother whose daughter was groomed by online creeps who wanted to convince her that radical transgender ideology was a good thing, and how this mother fought back. It’s a must-watch as SCOTUS debates a critical case.
