The first-ever “Super Bowl Night” on “Dancing With the Stars” resulted in game over for a fan-favorite pair hoping to win the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy.

Guillermo Rodriguez and Witney Carson were sent home after dancing a Salsa to “Tití Me Preguntó” by Bad Bunny, which received a total score of 22/40 from judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli — plus guest judge Joe Buck — putting them at the bottom of the leaderboard.

“I had a lot of fun. It was great,” the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” star said after his elimination. “Witney, I love you for teaching me how to dance.”

Carson thanked Rodriguez for “making this season just so fun, so enjoyable” and praised him for taking care of her — and her unborn baby — “throughout this entire season.”

Tyler Cameron and Sharna Burgess were in danger of going home, but survived to compete another week.

Throughout the evening, the Season 35 contestants and their pro partners performed to songs that celebrated the “music, spectacle and unforgettable moments of the big game.”

The episode — which saw a cameo by “Jane the Virgin” alum Justin Baldoni and his family — served as a preview for what fans can expect in February 2027, when Super Bowl LXI airs on ABC and ESPN.

“The Traitors” alum Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas kicked off the night with a Tango to “Only Girl (In the World)” by Rihanna, which Tonioli called “thrilling from start to finish.” They scored a 33/40.

Amber Glenn and Pasha Pashkov performed a Samba to “Mi Gente” by J Balvin & Willy William and garnered praise from Inaba, who said the Olympian gold medalist “ate,” and Buck, who called the routine “hot.” They scored a 34/40.

“Bachelor Nation” star Tyler Cameron and Sharna Burgess wowed with their Jazz routine to “The Time (Dirty Bit)” by Black Eyed Peas. Tonioli praised Cameron for channeling “Dirty Dancing” and Gene Kelly, and the pair earned a 30/40.

Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold danced a Samba to “Hips Don’t Lie” by Shakira feat. Wyclef Jean. While Derek praised Wood’s “joy” during the performance, he said the comedian needed to “keep working on it.” The judges gave the routine a 25/40.

Julia Stiles and Ezra Sosa performed an epic Jazz routine to the former’s “Hustlers” co-star Jennifer Lopez’s hit song “Jenny From the Block [Track Masters Remix],” feat. Jadakiss and Styles P. They scored a 33/40 for their routine, which Tonioli called Stiles’ “best one so far.”

“Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” alum Tatyana Ali and Jan Ravnik received a 29/40 for their Salsa to “Squabble Up” by Kendrick Lamar. Derek called the routine “too laid back” and the song “a little slow” for the style.

Jenna Dewan and Val Chmerkovskiy danced a Paso Doble to “Bad Romance” by Lady Gaga — which the “Step Up” actress previously performed during a 2023 appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The pair scored a 36/40 for their routine, with Buck saying he “forgot who the pro is.”

Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson performed a Samba to “Yeah!” by Usher — whom the “Glee” alum has often credited for inspiring him to dance — feat. Lil Jon and Ludacris, earning a 33/40. Derek called it a “fantastic” performance, while Inaba dinged the duo for a lift in a tense exchange.

Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach closed the show with a Salsa to “Hot in Herre” by Nelly — whom Karagach was previously paired with during Season 29 of the dance competition show, her debut season. They received a total score of 36/40 for their routine, with Tonioli praising the Paralympian gold medalist for delivering a “smoldering” performance.

This season has already seen a couple shocking eliminations, first with Hanson singer Taylor Hanson and most recently with “Summer House” star Ciara Miller.

Earlier this season, “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Conner Leavitt, “Love Thy Nader” star Sarah Jane Nader and celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis were sent packing.

New episodes of “DWTS” air Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, and stream on Hulu the following day.
