David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife, Pamela Bach Hasselhoff, has reportedly died by suicide. She was 61.
Pamela’s family members grew concerned after not hearing from her and they wanted to check on how she was doing, law enforcement sources told TMZ in an article published Thursday.
First responders were reportedly called to Pamela’s house after receiving a report of an unconscious female around 10 p.m. Wednesday.
She was reportedly pronounced dead on the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Authorities said there was no note.
The “Baywatch” star, 72, and Pamela were married from 1989 to 2006.
They reportedly had a contentious divorce battle, with discussions over spousal support continuing into 2017.
Pamela worked as an actress and appeared in movies such as Francis Ford Coppola’s “Rumble Fish” in 1983.
She also had roles in several TV shows, including on “Baywatch” in which she portrayed cafe owner Kaye Morgan for 10 years on the series.
This is a developing story.
