Democrats are STILL shielding the worst illegal-migrant criminals

Here’s a fresh outrage thanks to Democrats’ all-out resistance to immigration enforcement: Pedro Aguilar-Alvarez, an El Salvadoran illegal immigrant who’s been running amok in the US for years, just got no-bailed prior to sentencing for his fourth DWI bust. 

That’s right: Aguilar-Alvarez was duly tried and convicted — then Judge Bryan Browns, a veteran of pro-crime law shop Legal Aid, released him before sentencing, despite the massive flight risk he presents.

The pattern — thug jumps the border, is shielded by “sanctuary” extremism, only to commit a new crime here as Dems double down on “mercy” — repeats in blue state after blue state.

Jose Medina, an illegal immigrant from Venezuela, shot and killed Sheridan Gorman from New York.

Sheridan Gorman was a college freshman from New York shot to death in March in Chicago by a Biden-era Venezuelan “asylum seeker.”

Illinois sanctuary laws shielded the alleged killer, Jose Medina, from deportation despite multiple prior arrests.  

Gorman’s parents recently begged Gov. Kathy Hochul to let state and local law honor ICE detainers; Hochul answered with a sneering dismissal as she signed a new law forbidding any such cooperation.

Don’t forget Jashanpreet Singh, the Indian illegal migrant “mercifully” granted a commercial drivers license, who killed three Californians last year while driving a semi on drugs.

Or the transgender Colombian illegal in New York City, convicted of raping a 14-year-old boy in 2025, getting a mere six-month sentence that the Manhattan DA’s office insisted was somehow about protecting the victim.

President Donald Trump has interrupted this cycle at the federal level, with illegal inflows at near zero and record deportations. 

Yet Democrats keep “resisting” the president (and hurting Americans) by making it ever-easier for criminal illegals to stay. 

It guarantees endless tragedies — a cost that can never grow too high for the open-borders brigade.
