President-elect Donald Trump is setting a course to keep the H-1B visa program honest and "stop the grift" in the program, political analyst Dick Morris told Newsmax Saturday.

Morris further said on Newsmax's "The Count" that he does not think there is a divide among conservatives concerning the program, which allows companies to hire foreign workers for employment in specialty occupations.

"I think Trump is just enforcing his will," Morris said. "That program has been rife with corruption ever since it started under the Clinton administration. [Alejandro] Mayorkas, the head of the immigration service, was literally working with Hillary's brother to get H-1B visas issued for a Chinese company that was producing weapons of mass destruction."

Trump said Saturday he supports keeping the program and appeared to agree with Elon Musk in the growing debate among conservatives on the issue.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

I'm not really familiar with the H-1B visa program, however it appears that Government Bureaucrat insiders have prostituted the program for insider profit rather than getting the world's best and brightest to work for and in America's World Leadership Economy.

Apparently the World's Best GRIFTERS have been getting the visas.

All the anti-MAGA reactionaries, IMO, overreacted as on cue.

Still trust Trump.

Trump will, but honestly this is NOT my #1 priority right now..the #1 priority is to get rid of the damn illegals who are criminals and burning women alive on subways..guess what, the prick who burned a woman alive on the NY subway and watched her burn didnt come here on a H1-B visa OK..so #1 priority is getting rid of these pieces of sh*t, after that, want to fix the H1-B visa program, absolutely its something that needs to be fixed, too much fraud, too many corporations bringing foreigners here on these visas for cheap labor..when everything else is dealt with Trump and his team can look into it..I dont go to sleep worrying about the H1-B visa program, I go to sleep worrying about all these damn illegals who are murdering innocent Americans!

That program has been rife with corruption ever since it started under the Clinton administration.

Then there is a structural problem with the legislation. The real answer is that if a foreigner wants to work here, then they MUST become an American. Else there really are problems generated by that question of loyalty, effectively a risk placed upon the population at large.

Hence, we MUST fix the legal immigration pathway and especially for talented people. That is largely an administrative problem and therefore up to Trump. Both Musk and Ramaswamy (our supposed masters of efficiency) should recognize that and make it better.

Why is that so hard?

Now, if they don't want to become Americans and renounce their previous loyalties, we MUST ask ourselves why. Are our schools really that bad? You bet. Is crime really that much of a problem that it poses a threat to immigrant families? Absolutely. Is our culture so depraved they don't want to expose their children to it? Any other questions?

These are the externalities of Cultural Marxism. It's high time they were recognized as such.
