Did Francesca Hong Get (Donald) Trumped by the Dem Establishment?

The socialist candidate for the Wisconsin governorship, Francesca Hong, was leading by double digits in the run-up to Tuesday’s primary election.

She lost by 0.45 percent.

Oh, and she was defeated by David Crowley, a guy who’d dropped out of the race mid-July. He said he had no path to the nomination, but re-entered the fray when another establishment candidate herself withdrew.

One more thing: During the vote count, five USB sticks were found — after midnight — to not have any ballot data on them. This was, too, when Crowley had a razor-thin lead and appeared vulnerable, and the data had to be recovered. This was explained by some as “human error.”

Others call it a ballot dump.

In fairness, there are more mundane explanations for Hong’s upset loss. First, primary elections are notoriously difficult to poll accurately. This is due to low and unpredictable turnout, late candidate dropouts/consolidations, shifting voter preferences, and high undecided shares. And as long-time establishment Democratic commentator Geraldo Rivera pointed out Wednesday (tweet below), Hong isn’t exactly the girl next door.

Yes, “Vote for me — I’d love to cancel Thanksgiving!” isn’t exactly a focus-group-driven talking point. The problem?

When voting systems are profoundly insecure (despite protestations to the contrary), suspicions will arise.

Both Republicans and Democrats have acknowledged this lack of security, too. Consider the video below, for example, which presents 12 straight minutes of Democrats denying election results.

Note, too, that twice-failed Democratic candidate Stacey Abrams claimed or strongly implied dozens of times that she won the 2018 Georgia governorship, despite losing.

Yet all the above allegations ended when President Donald Trump said that the 2020 election was stolen from him. Then the narrative had to be that vote fraud is a Republican fiction, a fantasy of tinfoil-hatted conspiracy nuts.

Hong Hanged With Late-night Haul?

As for the Hong upset, the suspicions arose right away. As journalist Eric Daugherty tweeted early Wednesday morning:

So officials went back, “fixed” the data, uploaded it, and socialist Francesca Hong NARROWLY LOST by a few thousand votes to David Crowley

She was highly likely to LOSE in November if she won the primary…a 2AM ballot drop addressed that.

“5 of the sticks [did not have] the results. It’s human error!”

Hong had been favored, too, by not just the pollsters but also the prediction market (chart below).

As Daugherty mentioned, the Democratic establishment feared Hong not because she’s a radical, anti-American, bigoted socialist. Rather, they feared she’d lose to Republican Tom Tiffany in November. Thus did the Democratic powers-that-be have a vested interest in Hong’s defeat.

Perhaps recognition of this is why NBC reporter Steve Kornacki was literally speechless when hearing about the USB bushwa. (Video below.)

Now, consider: Left-wing Kornacki is a television commentator, and such people are universally articulate. Their positions involve using words, and they have their jobs precisely because they’re never at a loss for them. They may on occasion, however, be at a loss for words that don’t reflect what’s on their minds.

During Honest Moments…

Kornacki likely wouldn’t have been at a loss, though, if he believed the cameras were off. Just consider Democrat Alan Schulkin, former commissioner of New York City’s Board of Elections. Asked about vote fraud in 2016, when he thought the cameras were off, words didn’t fail him one bit.

“Yeah, they should ask for your ID. I think there is a lot of voter fraud,” a Project Veritas video report showed Schulkin saying at the time. “You know, I don’t think it’s too much to ask somebody to show some kind of an ID…. Like I say, people don’t realize, certain neighborhoods in particular they bus people around to vote.” (Video below.)

Schulkin’s fate illustrates why Kornacki became uncharacteristically tongue-tied. Other Democrats — including then-NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio — called for Schulkin’s head. He was out of his position within a few months, too, and his head (and the rest of him) hasn’t been heard from since.

Another Democrat caught on hidden camera apparently disagreed with Schulkin, however. Operative Scott Foval didn’t complain about the lack of ID — because he was one of the vote fraudsters stealing elections.

“It’s a very easy thing for Republicans to say, ‘Well, they’re busing people in,’” Foval unabashedly told an undercover reporter. “Well, you know what? We’ve been busing people in to deal with you f*****g a******s for 50 years and we’re not going to stop now.”

Foval, do note, is supposedly done working dark electoral magic. He is now employed as a “mental health” counselor. (I wonder: Can he cure people of a pathological urge to commit vote fraud?)

Smoke Everywhere, but Desire to Fuel the Fire Is Strong

In reality, the evidence that vote fraud is a serious problem is overwhelming. (Read the reporting here, here, here, here, here, and here.) Yet with the system porous by design it’s a difficult crime to prove. As for Hong, note that she has not requested a recount. This is despite losing by just 0.45 percent of the vote. Explanation?

First, since Crowley’s lead is just a bit greater than 0.25 percent, Hong would have to finance the recount herself. Then, however, as commentator Andrea Widburg opines,

if she fights back, she’ll find herself in the same boat as Trump, being called an election denier or worse. The Democrat party could not let Trump have a second term, and it cannot risk the blowback from having a crazed communist like Hong representing the Democrat party on the Wisconsin gubernatorial ballot this November.

In reality, Hong’s defeat was at least in part due to her far-left, outright nutty views. But vote fraud could’ve put the final nail in her coffin. What’s almost for certain is that it won’t be proven.

After all, Democrats will need that vote-fraud machine fully operational in November.
