At least three women at an Arizona car wash were victimized by a man who hid underneath their cars to stare at their feet in August.
Jesse Michael Johnson, 28, was caught on camera as he crawled under women's cars while they were washing them at a Super Star Car Wash in Gilbert, Arizona.
Johnson has a history of similar crimes in which he has stared at, touched or licked women's feet for sexual pleasure, according to legal documents.
One car wash victim, Chanelle, told AZFamily: 'I have felt very violated and I’ve been having nightmares.
'Going into the community and doing this to women is absolutely disgusting and I don’t think he realizes what it’s doing to us as the victims.'

Chanelle was stopping at the car wash, located near Riggs Road and Val Vista Drive, before dropping off her son at school.
During a surveillance video, Johnson's head is seen peaking up at Chanelle from the driver's side of the car.
He quickly returned to his own car and pretended to be cleaning his tires. He was recorded doing this to three different women on August 29.
Investigators described the incidents to FOX10: 'In these three incidents, defendant pulled into a parking spot next to the victim.

'While each victim was vacuuming her vehicle, the defendant hid under her SUV and spent several minutes under her vehicle.
'The defendant climbed out from under the vehicle when each victim was finishing her vacuuming and left the area.'
The car wash's manager Reyes Brito told AZFamily: 'That is not okay. This is a place, you know, to wash your car. You should feel safe.'
Johnson was arrested on Tuesday with a $10,000 bond and is accused of three counts of voyeurism and three counts of disorderly conduct. Johnson is due back in court in early October.
But this is not the first time Johnson has been caught for his creepy actions.
In June 2016, Johnson was cited in Nebraska for touching women's feet under their cars - reportedly the fourth time he did so within a year -and for touching a woman's ankle in a grocery store, according to AZFamily.

Johnson has a reported foot fetish, according to past court documents. In the documents, it is written that he told Nebraska police he 'is sexually attracted to women's feet' and he 'can't control his sexual desires regarding this.'
Chanelle told AZFamily: 'All of the victims had flip flops and shorts on.'
She is still in shock and warned women to be alert in public. She said she probably would not have realized that Johnson was under her car if another customer did not point him out.
