LA Dodgers fans are repelling Kim Kardashian from the reigning World Series champions after she posted her custom Shohei Ohtani jersey on her Instagram story.
Following the MLB Tokyo Series, which featured her hometown Dodgers, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posted a picture of the shirt on social media.
MLB's X page reposted the snap of Kardashian's Instagram story, in which she tagged Fanatics, Complete, and Takashi Murakami, who designed the jerseys for both teams in the series.
As the post gained traction, outraged Angelinos told the 'cursed' celebrity to back off the team.
'Get away from my team,' one user wrote, while a second insisted, 'No one cares about this.'
'Bro someone tell her to please stay away far away from dodgers,' another added.

'Send some to people who actually watch the sport,' commented a fourth.
A fifth user responded that the post was 'the last thing we want, is any Kardashian affiliated with anything Dodgers.'
Meanwhile, a sixth echoed '@KimKardashian please stay away from the dodgers. Thank you.'
The infamous Kardashian curse came in 2023 when Kim took her son, Saint, to a Paris Saint-Germain game. They received a VIP welcome as the club looked to secure their 36th straight home win.
Unfortunately, Les Parisiens lost 2-0 to Rennes, ending their magnificent streak. Apart from the win streak, Kardashian's visit marked the end of Lionel Messi's undefeated run at Parc de France, which stretched for over 700 days.
Three days before, the 44-year-old took her family to an Arsenal game in London and saw the Gunners, who led the Premier League then, knocked out of the Europa League after losing to Sporting CP.

Nonetheless, the Dodgers swept the Chicago Cubs in the Land of the Rising Sun, giving Los Angeles a 2-0 head start for the MLB season. LA won the first game in Japan 4-1 and the second 603.
Ohtani put on a show for fans in his native Japan, going 3-for-8 with two extra-base hits in the Tokyo Series.
The Japanese sensation also scored a home run in an exhibition against the Yomiuri Giants on Saturday in his first appearance in his homeland in Dodgers colors.
