Donald Trump Jr.’s socialite girlfriend hit back at a New York magazine profile that described the president’s oldest son as an “a–hole” and “the most despised member” of the Trump family.

Bettina Anderson took to social media over the weekend to defend her 47-year-old boyfriend and scoff at the glossy publication’s reporting that cited an anonymous “insider” days after the piece came out.

“Rumors are started by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots,” Anderson cryptically wrote in an Instagram Story, according to screengrabs.

She also mocked the idea that the magazine would have an insider tied to Trump.

“DEFINITELY an ‘insider’ VERY familiar with @donaldtrumpjr,” Anderson, 38, posted, screengrabs taken by the Daily Mail show.

She went on to vouch for her boyfriend’s character, calling him the “finest, loveliest, tenderest, and most beautiful and brilliant person” she’s known.

The first son and the Palm Beach socialite got together following Trump Jr.’s breakup with now-ex fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle, Page Six reported in December.

Anderson took shots at New York magazine over the weekend.

The New York magazine piece mentioned the couple, claiming Anderson used to “look down” on the 47th president and his family.

“But everyone understands why a smart girl might hook up with a president’s son,” the magazine story said.

The article also claimed Trump Jr. “is the most despised member of the [Trump] family; he’s an a–hole, a spoiled heir,” citing the insider.

Trump Jr. took aim at the piece, too.

The president’s son also took aim at New York Magazine on social media.

“Don’t get me wrong, I can totally be an a–hole when I need to be … if you’re adversarial to my friends, my family, my country, MAGA, etc,” he wrote via Instagram, according to screengrabs.

“But I think you’d be hard pressed to find a regular person who actually knows me that thinks that. There’s no wonder why these ‘sources’ are always anonymous,” Trump Jr. wrote.

“Man up, put your name to it, but we know you won’t because you’re cowards.”
