A drugged-up Florida mom has been charged with manslaughter after her 5-year-old son died from drinking apple juice tainted with methamphetamine, according to cops.

Heather Fawn Opsincs’ young son had spat out the juice on March 23, complaining that it “tasted weird” — before he started shaking and sweating, according to court documents.

He then began “vomiting black stuff” and seizing, according to a baby-sitter with the boy as his 37-year-old mom was outside their Riviera Beach apartment at the time, the documents said.

The youngster — who was not otherwise identified — had stopped breathing and was turning blue by the time his mom arrived, which she assumed was an allergic reaction, the documents said.

The boy was rushed to Saint Mary’s Medical Center, where he died.

He was found covered in bruises — including a fresh one over his left eye, according to the documents.

His mom initially denied ever using drugs — before admitting to having an unopened pack of edible mushrooms.

The mom tested positive for methamphetamine twice, because she demanded the first test be readministered.

Cops found six glass pipes “littered around” her 200-square-foot apartment that also tested positive for meth.

The one-room apartment was “unkempt” and “rather deplorable” with rotting food and trash strewn about, police said.

“Her negligence exposed (the child) to dangerous drugs and an inhabitable environment that caused his death,” police wrote in court documents.

Opsincs was arrested by the Riviera Beach Police Department and charged with one count of aggravated manslaughter of a child.

She’s since been booked at the Palm Beach County Jail and is being held on a $100,000 bond.

She is scheduled to appear in court on April 22.
