I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but summer is officially starting to wind down. While I’m not quite ready to trade my sundresses and sandals for sweaters and boots, there is one major perk that comes with the end of the season, the sales.

And believe me, Anthropologie is making a very convincing case for a little end-of-summer shopping spree. Right now, the retailer’s sale section is packed with the kind of pieces you’ll actually want to wear, rather than the random leftovers that somehow always make their way to the clearance rack.

I did the digging through Anthropologie’s sale section so you don’t have to. Below are the fashion finds I think are actually worth adding to your cart before sizes inevitably start disappearing.

Maeve Margie Smocked Stripe Mini Dress  $100 (was $148)

Consider your end-of-summer uniform found. The playful stripes and puff sleeves give this mini that signature Anthro charm, while the smocked bodice makes it comfy enough for brunch, shopping and whatever else mysteriously appears on the group chat agenda.

Maeve Drop-Waist Midi Dress  $110 (was $178)

Drop-waist dresses are having a moment, and this Maeve midi understood the assignment. The scoop neckline and floaty skirt make it feel effortlessly feminine, while actual pockets earn it immediate favorite-dress status because apparently women’s clothing having storage is still a luxury.

Gabbie Strapless Ruched Tube Dress  $60 (was $98)

Date-night dressing just got dangerously easy. The strapless neckline and all-over ruching give this midi a sleek, curve-hugging look that feels flirty without trying too hard. Add kitten heels, a tiny bag and some gold jewelry and she’s ready to go.

Somerset 3D Floral Mini Dress  $110 (was $168)

The iconic Somerset just got a seriously cute upgrade. The blue-and-white stripes, 3D floral details and floaty silhouette make this mini feel playful, feminine and practically made for soaking up those last few weeks of summer.

If there’s one category Anthropologie rarely misses, it’s dresses, and the sale section is currently making a dangerously good case for adding another one to your closet. The Maeve Margie Smocked Stripe Mini Dress is exactly what I want for those final summer brunches and weekend getaways, with playful stripes, puff sleeves and a smocked bodice that gives it that signature Anthro charm.

For something a little more trend-forward, the Maeve Drop-Waist Midi Dress taps into the silhouette we’ve been seeing everywhere lately while still feeling incredibly wearable. Date night is covered by the Gabbie Strapless Ruched Tube Dress by Celandine, which pairs a sleek strapless neckline with flattering ruching for an easy throw-on-and-look-hot situation.

And naturally, I couldn’t scroll past the Somerset 3D Floral Mini Dress. The bestselling Anthro silhouette gets an extra-fun update with blue-and-white stripes and dimensional floral details that practically demand one last summer outing.

And don't worry, the non-dress finds are just as tempting, especially if you’re shopping with that tricky summer-to-fall transition in mind. The Maeve Colette Linen Stretch High-Rise Wide-Leg Pants are an easy yes for workdays, dinners and basically any occasion where you want to look polished without putting in much effort, while the Maeve Clara Scarf-Neck Cami brings one of the year’s trendiest details to the classic jeans-and-a-cute-top formula.

Maeve Clara Scarf-Neck Cami  $60 (was $88)

The scarf-top trend has officially entered the chat, and this one makes it ridiculously easy to pull off. The sleek V-neck cami comes with a matching removable scarf, giving your jeans-and-a-cute-top rotation a very chic, very European little upgrade.

Maeve Colette Linen Stretch High-Rise Wide-Leg Pants  $110 (was $138)

Meet the linen pants that make getting dressed look way more sophisticated than the effort involved. The high-rise waist and breezy wide-leg silhouette are polished enough for the office but relaxed enough for vacation, especially with a fitted tank, strappy sandals and an oversized tote.

Maeve Godet Skirty Shorts  $80 (was $118)

The mini skirt look without the mini skirt logistics? We’re listening. These flouncy skirty shorts nail that playful, preppy vibe with godet paneling and a pull-on fit that’s begging to be styled with ballet flats and a fitted tee.

If something caught your eye, I wouldn’t wait too long to add it to your cart. Anthropologie’s best sale finds have a habit of disappearing once sizes start selling out, and these pieces are way too cute to leave behind. Besides, summer isn’t technically over yet, so I’m considering one last shopping spree completely justified.
