A 78-year-old woman died after she was “violently ejected” from a revolving door at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, according to a new lawsuit.
Diana Truschke’s son slapped the Trump chain with the wrongful death lawsuit last week after the elderly woman died from the injuries she allegedly sustained while staying at the hotel.
The San Francisco woman was allegedly struck from behind as she tried to exit the hotel in March 2023, according to the suit obtained by KSNV.

“As a result, Ms Truschke was violently ejected from the revolving door, causing her to be thrown several feet, ultimately falling to the sidewalk on her face,” the court filing said.
The tumble caused her to suffer severe and permanent injuries that required extensive treatment, the complaint alleges.
It wasn’t immediately clear exactly what injuries Truschke sustained.
She died months later in October 2023 “due to complications from her injuries,” the suit said.
The lawsuit accuses Trump International of negligence in maintaining the revolving door and claims the hotel should have known it was a hazard to guests.
The suit is seeking unspecified damages for medical and funeral costs.
The Post reached out to the hotel but didn’t hear back immediately.
