Elon Musk is believed to have recruited British political strategist Dominic Cummings to orchestrate a “plot to sabotage” the Prime Minister.

Boris Johnson’s ex adviser is understood to be in cahoots with the billionaire via WhatsApp, offering guidance regarding US government spending just days ahead of Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Cummings has also fuelled Musk’s recent controversial social media posts, sources have told the Daily Mail, which call for another General Election in Britain, as well as the imprisonment of Starmer for his record on UK grooming gangs.

One of Musk’s allies said: “It is 100 per cent true that they [Musk and Cummings] are talking about smaller government and the end of the traditional party system.

Sources have also claimed that the SpaceX owner had engaged with associates on ways to destabilise the Government, concerned that “Western civilisation itself was threatened” by Labour’s agenda.

On the matter of Musk’s and Cummings’ communication and whether their “plot” could work in reality, a source said: "You can change things with money, let’s face it."

On a more personal level, Musk has criticised Starmer’s character, calling him “evil” and had been “complicit in the rape of Britain” while he served as Director of Public Prosecutions at the same time as ongoing investigations were conducted into the grooming gangs scandal.

In response, Starmer hit back at the billionaire, condemning his attempts to spread “lies and misinformation”.

Last week, the Home Office was found to have been keeping an eye on Musk’s online presence.
