An escort who says she became pregnant after a threesome with Brazilian soccer star Neymar has revealed the sex of the baby.
Nayara Macedo, who is also known as Any Awuada, shared a video of her first ultrasound on social media Monday, almost two weeks after stunning her followers with wild claims that she had bedded the superstar at a farm orgy.
Neymar has denied the allegations made against him.
The 21-year-old, who has a daughter from a previous relationship, centered the camera on the monitor, which showed the black-and-white image of the scan.
'Where is the baby?' Macedo curiously asked.
'He's here, really tiny, inside the gestational sac,' her doctor replied, inadvertently revealing Macedo would be having a boy.
In a video prior to the hospital visit, Macedo explained she was sure of the baby's gender because of her experience with her first pregnancy.
'I'm feeling really nauseous and they say that when you feel really nauseous like that it means it's a boy, right?' she said. 'And I feel nauseous, gosh, my back hurts.'
Over the weekend, Macedo said she would be seeking a DNA test after some of her Instagram followers questioned if she was really carrying Neymar's baby.

'I was a little scared, right, when I found out … but I think that children are gifts from God and come when they're supposed to,' the model added.

The alleged orgy took place at the countryside residence of Brazilian politician and engineer, Rafael Motta, who held a party attended by 20 escorts that started the evening of March 10 and ended the morning of March 11.
On March 14, Macedo appeared on the celebrity gossip show Fofocalizando, which airs on SBT television, and told the hosts that she had sex with Neymar and another woman.
She claimed that she was paid 20,000 reais, about $3,500, for having sex with the former Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain footballer, who is currently dating another model, Bruna Biancardi.

Neymar, who has three children and is expecting another from Biacardi, shot down the escort's allegation and claimed his personal helicopter was on the property because he had loaned it to a friend.
Macedo took a pregnancy test after her period was several days late and flashed the positive result on Instagram.
'My period was supposed to come the day before yesterday and it didn't,' she said at the time. 'My life is a joke. Everyone is joking, that's right.
'I bought the test, I'm almost certain it will be negative… Holy God, Our Lady of Aparecida, are you reading this? One week pregnant.'
Neymar did not immediately respond to the DailyMail.com's request for comment.
