Evidence deemed too 'weak' to bring Feldstein to trial in PMO leak case, judge rules

The judge overseeing the classified document leak at the Prime Minister's Office determined on Tuesday at the Tel Aviv District Court that evidence was too weak to bring Eli Feldstein to trial for harming state security, Israeli media reported.

The judge added that there is not enough police evidence to proceed, leading to a further discussion on the possible extension of detention or another alternative.
