ALEXANDRIA, Va.—A federal magistrate ruled on June 5 that a former CIA official accused of stealing gold and cash must stay in jail while his case plays out.
The government arrested David Rush in May after an FBI search of his home turned up more than $40 million in gold bars, 35 luxury watches, and about $2 million in cash.
