Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio told CNN on Wednesday he has “two reactions” to Eric Adams’ shocking indictment.

“They probably sound kind of different from each other,” de Blasio said.

“I went through an experience with a Southern District where I saw a lot of things that did not come true despite allegations. I do think we have to be really careful here. We haven’t seen anything specific.”

In 2021, de Blasio was accused of misusing NYPD resources for “political purposes” during his failed presidential campaign in a damning Department of Investigation report.

He was later hit with a historic $475,000 fine.
