Holy hell, this company can be complete ass sometimes.
A fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers was excited when they got their package from Fanatics that featured a World Series championship shirt that was autographed by all of his favorite players. Except, it didn’t turn out to be that at all, giving them a surprise that they most definitely didn’t want.
When the fan first got their shirt, it looked like everything was grand. It was going to be a piece of history that they could cherish forever, or at least until it got ruined in the dryer. But then the fan noticed something… The autographs from Dodgers players were actually signatures from the 2023 Texas Rangers championship team. Wait, what? Though a number of the signatures are hard to make out, here’s two clear examples for you: In the top right corner, you can tell it’s Aroldis Chapman‘s signature, and then to the bottom left, you’ll see Austin Hedges. Neither were on the Dodgers this season and both were members of the Rangers in the last campaign.
But that’s okay, because Fanatics “made it up” to the fan by giving them another shirt and a 20% discount. (LMAO)
So @Fanatics created WS Champions t-shirt for @Dodgers WITH TEXAS RANGERS SIGANTURES ON THE BACK. Fuck you @Fanatics #mlbpl pic.twitter.com/jTMKYHPcGt
