K-pop star Lisa was dubbed the 'worst lip-syncer ever' by fans, after a recent performance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City on Saturday.

BLACKPINK singer Lisa, real name Lalisa Manobal, 27, took the stage at Central Park for the large-scale charity event, but left fans disappointed.

Lisa — who recently stunned at the 2024 MTV VMAs — performed as one of the headliners at the star-studded event, alongside artists like Post Malone and Doja Cat.

She debuted her unreleased single Moonlit Floor, which samples Sixpence None the Richer's hit Kiss Me, at the festival.

But her vocal performance fell flat among many, with one fan writing,  'Lip syncing while sitting down with no choreo is crazy.'

'This girl is allergic to singing live, the queen of lip sync,' another wrote.

'Since likes are private can we all agree this is the worst lip syncing ever,' someone else chimed in.

The scathing comments went on, with another fan writing,  'L in LISA stands for Lip Sync.'

'The worst part is that she doesn't even try to hide that she's lip-syncing.'

'Girl is shamelessly lipsyncing in festival too..' yet another commentator added.

Someone else questioned: 'Why you bring your mic if youre not gonna use it....'

'Lip syncing went wrong that’s embarrassing.'

Others wrote that 'Someone needs to explain the concept of live performance to her' and 'lisa will never turn her mic on.'

Despite the poor reviews from fans, Lisa looked incredible at the festival, wearing a shredded black and yellow bodysuit and leather hot pants with a silver fringe.

She completed the outfit with black lace-up boots.

Her brunette tresses cascaded down her shoulders and back.

Earlier this month, Lisa made history as she won the Best K-pop award at the MTV Video Music Awards for her song ROCKSTAR, becoming the first K-pop solo artist to achieve the honor.

Lisa made her name as part of the four-person South Korean girl group Blackpik which debuted in August 2016.

The band has not split up officially but all four members have spun-off into solo careers.

In September 2021, she released her debut single Lalisa which made her the first female artist to sell 736K copies of an album in its first week in South Korea.

Lisa is set to make her acting debut on highly-popular series The White Lotus when season three debuts sometime in 2025.

Specific details about the character Lisa is set to portray are being withheld from the public at this time.

In May, Lisa made her first public appearance with billionaire LVMH heir Frédéric Arnault, amid their rumored romance, which is said to have started in 2022.

Lisa joined Frédéric, 28, at an event for TAG Heuer and Formula 1 in Miami.

Frédéric - who is the son of the world's richest man Bernard Arnault - is the CEO of LVMH Watches, which owns TAG Heuer.
