But when a photo emerged that showed some of the world's top moguls all sitting together at the event, many social media users were stunned over the immense riches of the new President's inner circle.
Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, were seated alongside Amazon creator Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, as well as Google CEO Sundar Pichai, and businessman Elon Musk.
The image of all of the businessmen watching the event together went viral on X, formerly Twitter, after someone pointed out that their net worths totaled a whopping $850 billion.
Mark is worth around $211 billion, while Jeff's net worth is estimated at $239 billion.
As for Sundar, he is said to have $1.3 billion accumulated, while Elon has an estimated net worth of $433 billion, which actually adds up to $884 billion.
