Shakira took to the stage during the FIFA World Cup halftime show in New Jersey on Sunday, leaving soccer fans stunned by her age-defying appearance.

The Colombian crooner, 49, wowed the crowd in an eye-catching yellow and pink bodysuit, complete with cut-outs that emphasized her toned torso.

The ensemble also allowed the barefoot beauty to show off her long and toned legs as she moved across the stage with a troupe of backup dancers while performing her hit Dai Dai.

Viewers around the world flocked to X to remark on how youthful the superstar looked, with one writing: 'Explain to me like I’m 5 why Shakira looks like she’s 30 but she’s actually 49?? Incredible!! She doesn’t age and doesn’t look plastic.'

'She must be on some peptides,' another social media user responded, agreeing that the singer did not look her age.

'I had to google how old she was and when I saw 49 I was shocked. Good for her!!' a third chimed in.
