A Hooters waitress tried to flirt her way out of a DUI arrest – and then berated a Florida cop as a “nerd” when he rebuffed her advances — after she was pulled over late last year, according to newly surfaced bodycam footage.

Sophia Ross, 22, put on a cringe-worthy display that was all captured on camera during a November traffic stop that landed her in handcuffs for allegedly driving while impaired in the Sarasota area.

The Florida woman, who told police she worked at Hooters and was wearing the famous Hooters tank top, made several attempts to win over the cop, according to bodycam video obtained by WFTV this week.

“We’re gonna make out here,” she told the cop, who quickly rejected that proposal leading up to a field sobriety test, the footage shows.

She then referred to the officer as “daddy” numerous times, according to the clip.

“I will do anything for you, daddy,” she said.

As the cop, who at times laughed at the antics, attempted to smoothly move along with the sobriety test, Ross persisted.

“I can’t keep my hands off of you,” she said, before the officer replied, “Unfortunately you’re gonna have to.”

She even lifted up her sweatshirt to show off the Hooters tank top she had on underneath to the cop’s body-worn camera.

Eventually, as it became apparent her flirting wasn’t going to work, Ross turned to mocking the officer.

“Bro, don’t be such a f–king nerd, bro,” she exclaimed.

She mocked him by repeatedly saying, “I am a nerd,” as he tried to warn her the bodycam was recording the entire incident.

“Anything we do is recorded and anyone can see that,” he said. “Mom, dad, grandma, family.”

Ross then interjected, “You think I give a f–k?”

The field sobriety tests never happened and instead, she was taken into custody.

Ross was charged with DUI, but pleaded not guilty and has a pretrial hearing pegged for Thursday, Law and Crime reported, citing records.

Authorities said Ross was pulled over after she allegedly stopped at green lights and ran into several curbs, according to a police report obtained by WFTV.

The report also states Ross told cops she was drinking at a bar before she was pulled over.
