Florida sicko allegedly hid webcam in girl’s bedroom and shared livestream with pedophile ‘partner in crime’

A Florida pervert allegedly hid a webcam in a minor’s bedroom and shared the livestream with a pedophile “partner in crime” who is facing the death penalty for filming himself raping children, according to authorities.

Jeffrey Fischer, 44, of DeBary, was arrested Aug. 4 after texts linked him to Daniel Rodriguez, 35, who was arrested in May for allegedly raping, molesting, and exposing himself to two young relatives, while also trafficking in child porn of girls as young as 2, according to WFLA reported.

Fisher allegedly hid a camera in an underage girl’s room and sent multiple texts to Rodriguez fantasizing about abusing her, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

He also used AI to make explicit images and videos of the girl, as well as another teenager and three adult women, according to deputies.

The disturbing material came as part of the investigation into Rodriguez, who is facing a push to face the death penalty, the Florida State Attorney’s Office said when he was charged in June.

“It is the first case in the 18^th Judicial Circuit of prosecutors seeking the death penalty for especially heinous sex crimes against children that do not result in death,” the attorney’s office said.

Investigators connected nearly 300 photos and videos depicting child sexual abuse to a Verizon account with a mobile phone number assigned to Rodriguez.

Some included him “sexually battering, molesting and exploiting a prepubescent female relative in different poses,” while others had him masturbating in front of the girl and a boy, prosecutors said.

“Daniel Emilio Rodriguez is clearly identifiable in several of these files which show his face and or body parts with specific tattoos,” the sheriff’s arrest affidavit says.

Fischer faces 21 charges, including two counts of sexual battery on a child younger than 12, six counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child younger than 12 and 50 counts of possession of material depicting sexual conduct by a child.

Most of his porn was of “girls between the ages of 2 and 10, engaged in sex with men or being directed to put on lewd performances, sometimes in costume,” prosecutors said.
