Gayle King opened up about her bedroom habits during a candid interview on Thursday's episode of The Drew Barrymore Show.

The TV personality, 69 - who previously talked about her dating struggles months earlier - revealed whether she wears pajamas to bed during the discussion with Barrymore, 49, in a video shared to Decider's Instagram page.

'I always sleep in a big old ratty T-shirt but I don't like wearing underwear,' the journalist admitted. 'Because I like to feel the breeze down there. At night, I do.'

Drew agreed with King's confession and expressed that she had shared similar advice to her own daughters: Olive, 12, and Frankie, 10.

'I used to say to the girls - they'll be so horrified by this - but I was like, "You must let it breathe."'

She continued, '"Let's take a breathing break. With those diapers on you all the time? Nuh-uh. We're just gonna go on a walkabout and whatever happens happens. And yes, women should feel the breeze."'

Elsewhere during the interview, Drew revealed to Gayle that she will sometimes go nude when she is alone at home.

'Here's how I roll. If no one's in the house, including the kids - they go and stay at their dad's for the night - I will sleep in the nude.'

The Charlie's Angels actress added, 'I love it. I lock all the doors and I just parade around like a little J Bird.'

Social media users shared their thoughts to the candid chat, with one fan simply typing out in the comment section of the clip, 'TMI.'

It comes months after King discussed her dating struggles during an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show back in May.

When asked about her dating life and whether she was possibly seeing anyone special, the CBS host explained, 'If I could go on a dating app and people didn't know it was me, I would do it.'

'But I think it's hard when you are a public person,' she added before sharing that she wouldn't mind if she was set up by a friend.

In regards to what she was looking for, the star expressed age was important and that she didn't want to date someone too young. 'I don't want to date somebody I could have given birth to,' Gayle said.

When questioned if there was a specific age range, King replied that she, 'Would like it to start with a 5, and I don't wanna be a nurse or a purse. I don't want that.'

'You know what I mean. I [would] like it that they have all of their teeth. That would be nice. Because it's not really about money, guys.'

'It's about somebody who has their own business, their own thing. They're very confident in their own skin. You know, I remember once being told by my ex, "I'll be tired when this Gail King beep is over."'

She added, 'So you want somebody who celebrates you, who is excited for you, who is very comfortable in their own skin. And that is very difficult. But no pity party for me. I'm really okay.'

The star was previously married to William Bumpus from 1982 through 1993 - and the pair share two children: daughter, Kirby, and son, William Jr.

In response, Gayle added that she had asked Oprah in the past to clarify that they were not gay due to her having struggles 'to get a date on Saturday night without people thinking they were together.'
