"This idea of heaping burning coals on their head could sound like you're trying to burn them. But back in the day, the burning coal was the way of lighting fire.
"You were giving them your warmth. You were giving them your kindness. You are warming them up.
"I wonder today, who could we help? Who in your life is angering you that you could help instead of hurt?"
