s this Georgia, or Jersey?
A family of angry masons wielding baseball bats, sticks and a a lever-action rifle allegedly launched a Sopranos-style assault on a rival paving company outside Macon, Georgia when they saw the compeitor doing a job near one of their homes.
Cops collared six members of the Buckland family Dec. 19 after the bloody, broad-daylight beatdown on guys from rival EH Paving at a Monroe County job site, according to WMAZ.
“Like something out of ‘The Sopranos,’” Monroe County Sheriff Brad Freeman told the outlet.
The Buckland boys thought EH Paving was being “disrespectful” by working so close to one of the Bucklands’ houses — and they let them know in a way that would make Paulie Walnuts proud.
The Bucklands were hit with multiple criminal charges. WMAZ An argument erupted when the Bucklands confronted the EH employees, who are out of southeast Georgia, the property owner told cops.
That’s when family patriarch Mark Buckland Sr., 77, pulled a “long cowboy-style gun” and fired two rounds into the woods to intimidate the other pavers, the outlet said.
His 58-year-old son, Mark Buckland Jr., allegedly sparked a full-on brawl moments later that left the EH Paving workers bruised and banged-up.
