A German dominatrix faces three years in prison after her businessman client was allegedly strangled to death by chains he was hanging from during a six-hour £750 bondage session.

The sex worker, 38-year-old Jacqueline S., is reported to have wrapped the 53-year-old Dresden businessman in a corset and tied his arms to his body, before hanging him up with a steel chain that was wrapped around his neck three times.

Bild reported that an 'anal hook' was attached to his back as well.

The Dresden man, who has not been named, wrote to the dominatrix before the six-hour session: 'I want to be used, tortured, humiliated. Really suffer! I'd be very happy if you answered by kissing my feet.'

But Jacqueline S, accused of grievous bodily harm resulting in death, said after he was hoisted in the complicated position for 15 minutes, he suddenly collapsed.

'It was like turning off the light. Nothing before, no cold sweat, no shaking. He didn't say the agreed code word "red" either. I can't explain it', she said.

She told the court in Hamburg the businessman did not react to hits to his genitals. The dominatrix added that she could not support his heavy body, and the carabiner that was holding him up would not open, meaning the steel chain around his neck tightened.

She finally ran out of the room and screamed: 'He's dead! He's dead!'

While paramedics who rushed to get the Dresden man down were able to free and revive him, he tragically died in hospital three days later.

Jacqueline said she believed he was experienced in hardcore sex: 'He gave me a very confident impression, a seasoned man who knows what he's doing.'

In 2022, an Australian sex worker with 'no apparent experience' in dominatrix work was sentenced to nearly seven years in prison after tying down a businessman to the point where he could not move and his breathing had been restricted in a sex act described as 'inherently dangerous'.

Madeleine Joan Lewin was found guilty of the manslaughter of Anthony Brady, 52, whose body was found on the sixth floor of Sunshine Tower Hotel, Cairns, on the evening of August 12, 2020.

Crown prosecutor Nathan Crane told the Cairns Supreme Court during the trial that from the way Mr Brady's body was found it didn't suggest Ms Lewin attempted any medical intervention or made any phone calls to a medical professional.

Ms Lewin snapped a SIM card before leaving the hotel. She then allegedly headed to a Manoora McDonalds before going to the home of acquaintance.

The court heard the acquaintance would give evidence Ms Lewin was behaving erratically when she arrived at her residence after 12am.
