Gisele Bundchen shows off baby bump as she packs on PDA with Joaquim Valente again in Tom Brady's favorite spot

Gisele Bundchen showed off her blossoming baby bump as she passionately kissed her longtime boyfriend Joaquim Valente in Costa Rica this week.

The 44-year-old supermodel was enjoying a beach day in the Central American country - where she once purchased a vacation home with her ex-husband Tom Brady.

It emerged at the end of October that Gisele and Joaquim are expecting a baby together, in a development that reportedly left Tom 'stunned.'

Tom and Gisele were married from 2009 until 2022 and welcomed two children into the world together, 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian. 

Romance rumors have been flying about Gisele and Joaquim since 2023, but they only went public with their relationship on Valentine's Day this year.

When they were spotted on the beach in Costa Rica this Wednesday, the pair seemed as smitten with each other as ever, throwing their arms around each other as they kissed. 

Joaquim, a jiu-jitsu instructor who like Gisele hails from Brazil, showed off his sculpted athletic body as he strolled shirtless across the sand. 

He modeled an olive green set of swim trunks and occasionally pulled on a grey t-shirt to enjoy a sunset walk with his girlfriend by the sea. 

Gisele, meanwhile, opted for an asymmetric beige crop top that bared her burgeoning baby bump and elegantly complemented her nude wrap skirt. 

She demonstrated her fashionista credentials with an eminently stylish ensemble that included a wide-brimmed straw hat and a gleaming set of aviators.

Tom and Gisele bought their Costa Rican property in 2007, acquiring an oceanside spread on the Nicoya Peninsula, according to Architectural Digest. 

Gisele decamped to the vacation home with their children after their split from Tom, and she reportedly was able to keep the house in the divorce. 

After news broke in late October that Gisele is pregnant with Joaquim's baby, a source dished that she was 'embracing this new chapter' of her life, via People.

Another insider noted at the start of November that Gisele was many months along but was waiting until the birth to find out the sex of the baby.

Meanwhile it was claimed Tom never expected Gisele would have baby with Joaquim and was taken aback by the new milestone in their relationship.

'Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquin but he never imagined they would be having a child together,' said a Page Six source.

'It just wasn’t something that was on his radar. So when Gisele broke the news to him he was stunned, to say the least,' the insider continued.

In October, a source had remarked that Benjamin and Vivian 'really like' Joaquim, who had been living with Gisele in Miami for a 'while,' per Us Weekly. 

Gisele and Joaquim have been romantically involved for over a year - but she has staunchly denied that she cheated on Tom with him.

'This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,' she told the New York Times. 'Of course, for me, it just happens to be a little bit amplified.'

While promoting Nourish, Gisele went viral for breaking down in tears while being interviewed about her divorce from Tom, whom she left in October 2022.   

This February, a source told DailyMail.com that Tom had 'accepted' Gisele's romance with Joaquim - despite the fact he believed they had been together for 'years.'

Previous reports indicated Gisele and Joaquim have only been together since June 2023, but the insider revealed that Tom felt otherwise.

'If she wants to have people think she has been dating Joaquim only since June, so be it, but they have been together longer and they aren't taking it slow,' the source alleged, adding however that 'Tom has accepted it.' 

The insider said further: 'Tom and Joaquim are not friends - but Joaquim is around his kids, so Tom has to find the good in him and does believe he is a good guy. If Joaquim ever becomes a father figure to his kids, Tom will be able to adapt.'

Although Gisele and Joaquim were the subject of romance rumors for several months, they only went public with their relationship on Valentine's Day, when they were spotted passionately kissing near her home in Miami. 

Before then, they were seen spending a considerable amount of time in each other's company, including on getaways to Costa Rica. 

Tom and Gisele announced their divorce in October 2022 after a swirl of reports that their marriage was on the verge of collapse.

Gisele was claimed to be livid over Tom's shock decision to 'un-retire' from the NFL - just one month after he gave up football to spend more time with his family.

'Obviously, I have my concerns — this is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present. I have definitely had those conversations with him over and over again,' she told Elle shortly before their split went public.

‘But ultimately, I feel that everybody has to make a decision that works for [them]. He needs to follow his joy, too,' Gisele added.

Tom initially announced his departure from the NFL during the 2022 off-season - only to perform a dizzying volte face and return to pro football a month later .

He officially retired again at the beginning of last year after his marriage collapsed, and he has remained out of pro football since.
