‘Gladiator II’ Producers Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher to Receive Advanced Imaging Society Award (EXCLUSIVE)

“Gladiator II” producers Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher will be presented with the Advanced Imaging Society‘s Harold Lloyd Award, Feb. 7 during the AIS Lumiere Awards luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Their credits also include Ridley Scott’s 2000 epic “Gladiator,” which won five Academy Awards including best picture. Scott’s recently-released sequel stars Paul Mescal, Pedro Pascal, Connie Nielsen and Denzel Washington.

Fisher’s and Wick’s credits include a string of films including Rob Marshall’s “Memoirs of a Geisha,” Baz Luhrmann’s “The Great Gatsby,” the “Stuart Little” franchise and the “Divergent” series.

Established 16 years ago by the family of silent film star and producer Harold Lloyd and AIS, the Harold Lloyd Award has celebrated visionary filmmakers and storytellers including Ang Lee, Jon Favreau and James Cameron. The Lumiere Awards are presented annually to honor technical and creative excellence in motion pictures, episodic and new media content.
