A glamorous California influencer got the last laugh after thieves ran off with fake money from her glitzy Bel-Air mansion.
'Money Queen' Amanda Frances's home, which was once owned by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, was broken into on Monday around 1am, with thieves making off with designer bags, jewelry, and what they thought were stacks of real money.
'The burglars ransacked my closet, damaging my home in the process, but they dropped nearly everything, prioritizing the prop money when confronted by a neighbor’s security guard,' Frances told The Los Angeles Times.
Frances, 39, had recently done a photoshoot in her driveway with mountains of fake money spilling out of her Mercedes G Wagon as she wore a fashionable pink co-op and skintight white shirt with shiny silver over-the-knee boots.
Previously, the mother-of-four had withdrawn real money for photoshoots like this and would return the stacks of green later on. But this time, she changed course after her photographer suggested fake money would be safer.
Despite the relief that the thieves took off with loads of fake bills, the influencer still lost a few bags, a ring, and a necklace. By the time police arrived, the suspects had already fled the area.
Most of her stolen valuables were recovered in the street by police. The monetary value of the items that remain lost is unclear.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Frances for comment.

'I’ve worked incredibly hard my entire life to build what I have and own my home in Bel-Air,' the self-made millionaire told The Times.
'I am disheartened and distraught that the city I have dreamed of living in - since I was a child being raised in a tiny town in Oklahoma - has turned out to be an unsafe place to raise a family.'
Since the break-in, Frances and her partner, Edward 'Eddie' Tsivislavsky, no longer feel safe raising their small children in the neighborhood, which houses some of the wealthiest people in America.
They purchased the former home of Kyle Richards - Paris Hilton's aunt. Kyle and her husband Mauricio Umansky raised their children there, making Frances and Tsivislavsky feel it would be safe to raise their own family in Bel-Air.
'They raised their four kids here, I have four kids. 'This is a family home and we no longer feel safe,' she told The Times.
In an eerie coincidence, Richards also experienced a scary burglary in 2017 in her Encino home, where thieves made off with more than $1million in jewelry and handbags.
Richards, the aunt of Paris Hilton, sold her Bel-Air home to Frances in 2022 for $6.1million.
Bel-Air - which houses the like celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Beyoncé - is one of the safest neighborhoods in Los Angeles, according to Property Club.

Frances makes her riches by teaching others how to accumulate wealth. She is now selling a digital course, Money Mentality Makeover, which is what the photoshoot full of fake $100 bills was used for.
She bases her company, which she started in 2011, to empower young women financially.
In 2021, Paul Kiyan, 34, broke into Mat Sabz's home in Bel-Air and refused to leave. While there, he tried on the owner's clothes, swam in his pool, and killed the family parakeets.
Kiyan was caught on home surveillance cameras as he entered the house and began to make his way up the stairs.
Sabz was only alerted to the uninvited visitor after his wife received an alert on her phone that someone was inside the home who shouldn't be.
Beverly Hills Police eventually showed up Kiyan and arrested him.
