‘Gossip Girl’ actress Chanel Maya Banks proves she’s not missing: ‘As you can see, I am alive’

“Gossip Girl” actress Chanel Maya Banks posted a YouTube video to prove she’s not missing — while teasing an upcoming interview to dish on her bizarre, TV-worthy family saga.

“As you can see, I am alive,” the actress said, disproving claims by some of her relatives that she was still missing and being imitated by an imposter.

“Interview loading,” she said teasingly why getting professional makeup.

Banks, who has also appeared in “Blue Bloods,” didn’t reveal when the interview will be live nor share what platform it will be released on.

“I heard you were looking for me, now what?” Banks wrote on her Instagram sharing the same video she uploaded to YouTube along with a carousel of behind-the-scenes pictures that included an image of Jesus with what appeared to be a tiny heartbreak emoji.

Banks’ family had claimed she was missing for more than two weeks after police conducted a welfare check at the Playa Vista, Calif., apartment she shared with her new husband.

The husband told them she did not want to be found, according to their earlier appeals — and Banks turned up unharmed in Texas, police later confirmed.

Still, some of her family disputed the police report, with her cousin suggesting that the woman in Texas wasn’t really the actress, leading to her YouTube short proving it was her.
