This person monitors all her rallies. The turnout is always the same. Is this person’s technological ability to identify these phones legit?

Not sure how accurate that is. People keep their cell phones when moving. To ID the phone, you have to know the billing address. You can’t go by area code alone if that what was used.

We need the IDF/Mossad to “configure” those devices.
