A Grand Theft Auto fan has gone viral after revealing the package that his girlfriend presented him with after pre-ordering GTA 6, as she went about it in a pretty extra manner.
When the pre-order period for Grand Theft Auto 6 opened back in June, plenty of fans rushed out to make sure that they had secured their copy. There was some frustration from others, though, as Rockstar Games confirmed that their physical version wouldn’t contain a disc.
On top of that, plenty of fans rushed to make sure that they had time off work booked for the November 19 release. Some experts have predicted that the release day will cause a massive lull in the US economy and productivity, especially as millions of players will be taking off work for at least a day or two.
Well, over in Denmark, one Grand Theft Auto has been going viral as his girlfriend has prepped the ‘ultimate’ pre-order package for him – covering the cost of the game, as well as some other bonuses.

Redditor ImHeiden posted photos of his girlfriend’s gift on September 6, as she went above and beyond with the surprise.
Inside multiple boxes, ImHeiden’s partner confirmed that she would be paying for the ultimate edition of game, as well as agreeing to cover all of his usual chores for three days, and making sure he’s stocked up with food too.
He called it the “most ridiculous way” to be grifted a Grand Theft Auto game, which plenty of fans quickly agreed with.
“This is sick as f*ck, she really cares about your hobby, that’s badass,” one said. “This is awesome and incredibly sweet,” another commented. “She’s a keeper, dude, put a ring on her hand,” another added.
As we get closer and closer to November 19, Rockstar is planning to ramp up the game’s marketing. That has prompted some backlash from Miami-Dade County Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz, who doesn’t want some iconic landmarks to be used to promote the game.
One Army unit has also had 20 soldiers re-enlist in order to take advantage of a special four-day pass to play the game upon release.
