Dashcam footage captured the terrifying moment cement mixer nearly collided with a massive fuel truck in Delaware

The frighteningly close call occurred in Frankford on Wednesday around 10am and showed how the cement mixer came within inches of a catastrophic crash.

The driver of the cement mixer is shown making a right turn too fast, lifting one side of the vehicle off the ground as it careened toward the passing tanker.

Miraculously, they didn't collide.

As the driver of the cement mixer attempted to slow down, footage showed his struggle to regain the truck's balance as it appeared to topple at any second.

The driver wound up leveling out on a patch of grass on the other side of the road and passed between a grouping trees before getting back on the road.

He ultimately pulled the cement mixer over on shoulder of the road and exited the vehicle as the driver who recorded the incident pulled up beside him.

'You good?' she can be heard asking him.

'Damn, that s*** was scary as f***! I'm glad you're okay.'
