Heidi Klum, 53, flaunts her fabulous curves in tiny thong bikini during a family vacation in St Barts

Heidi Klum embodied total confidence as she flaunted her fabulous physique during another day of sun and surf in St Barts.

The supermodel, 53, who has been vacationing in the Caribbean with her family and her little dog Fritz, had fun splashing around the waves while clad in a barely-there thong bikini.

Sporting a golden tan, slicked-back hair and reflective sunglasses, Klum appeared to having the time of her life.

She was joined by her daughter Leni and the 22-year-old’s hockey player boyfriend, Aris Rachevsky, also 22, and who sported what appeared to be a sunburned back.

The main attraction seemed to be Klum’s nine-month-old pooch Fritz, who she introduced to her Instagram followers in April after adopting him from a pop-up shelter.

The Project Runway star, who was seen enjoying a boat ride off the coast of St Barts with her children on Tuesday, and Leni took turns wading in the shallows while cuddling the pup.

At one point, Klum was seen adjusting her mauve bikini top while emerging from the sea.

Leni was also seen being carried across the sand by her gracious beau, whom she's been dating for about seven years.

Klum's son Henry was also present for the beach day.

The sunny outing comes just weeks after Klum revealed that her husband Tom Kaulitz encouraged her to gain weight, pointing out that she looks better with a fuller figure.

'My husband was the first one who pointed that out. He said, "You should eat more; you would look better if you had more meat on your bones,"' Klum told Us Weekly.

'I was like, "What?" This is not something you're told in the industry, ever, because you're always supposed to be skinnier than you are. When I look back at photos, I'm like, "He's right!' Proportion-wise, I look better bigger."'

And that's a good thing, as Klum has zero interest in taking weight-loss drugs as so many celebrities in Hollywood are doing.

'I'm not interested at all,' she asserted. 'I've gained weight over the years. I'm no longer a size 24 jean. But I think with age, we look better than when we're not as skinny.'

Klum, who has been married to the Tokio Hotel musician since 2019, admitted the pair's busy schedules can be challenging at times.

'It’s hard when you have a husband who goes on tour a lot, and I have a show where I film in New York for five weeks,' she said.

'When we met, it was [the COVID-19 pandemic], so we were in LA in our house with the kids and in the garden, cooking and being together every day.

'We were freshly in love and grew so tight, so when the world opened up again, it was hard to be like, "OK, bye, see you in three weeks."'

However, Klum explained that she will be accompanying Kaulitz when his band heads out on tour later this year.

Asked how she handles the distance, the blonde beauty said: 'You make the best of it. He's going to be on tour all of November, and I'm going with him. I'll be the fangirl in the front, pulling up my T-shirt and throwing my bra.

'I was just in Barcelona with Elle MacPherson, and she's touring with her boyfriend, who's the guitar player for Eric Clapton.

'It's beautiful to see your spouse doing what they love. Tom will come and be on [my] set too,' Klum added.

The couple have many interests in common. They even underwent a worm and parasite cleanse together.

The catwalk beauty confessed she wasn't sure if the wellness trend - which involves taking herbal supplements - actually ridded them of worms or parasites but it was a 'yucky' process.

'So many people asked me, too, like "What happened?" I'm like, "I don't even know if anything happened!"' she told People last year.

‘It just felt good... just if there are any [worms or parasites], then I hope that they were leaving the body, because I hear so many people talk about this all the time.’
