Grammy nominated music producer Metro Boomin denied allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman after she passed out drunk in 2016 and got her pregnant.

The rapper, whose legal name is Leland T. Wayne, 31, was named in a lawsuit filed by Vanessa LeMaistre who is seeking damages for her mental pain and anguish as result of the incident.

LeMaistre said she passed out on a couch after consuming half of a Xanax tablet and shot of liquor, then woke up in a bed while Metro Boomin was 'allegedly raping her and performing oral sex on her,' according to court documents viewed DailyMail.com.

An attorney for Metro Boomin, Lawrence Hinkle II, called the lawsuit 'a pure shakedown' in a statement to Dailymail.com Wednesday.

'These are false accusations,' the lawyer said. 'Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court. He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.'

LeMaistre said she met the rapper during a trip to Las Vegas in 2016, shortly after her nine-month-old son tragically died.

During the trip, Wayne invited her to visit his recording studio in California, where LeMaistre lived, according to court documents.

'She was happy for the opportunity to watch him work because she was passionate about music, but more importantly because music provided an escape from the pain she was in after losing her son,' the lawsuit said.

'Devastatingly, however, meeting Wayne resulted in Ms. LeMaistre suffering from the second worst thing that ever happened to her – being raped by someone who pretended to be her friend for months.'

The lawsuit alleged that one night in September 2016 when LeMaistre arrived to the studio she was given a shot of alcohol and ingested half of a Xanax bar.

Her lawyers said LeMaistre had been taking Xanax to 'help get through difficult days and numb the pain,' as she grieved her son.

She said one night after she arrived to the studio and was given a shot of alcohol and ingested half of a Xanax bar, she woke up to Wayne (left) assaulting her

'The next thing Ms. LeMaistre can recall is waking up on a bed in a different location with Wayne raping her and being completely unable to move or make a sound. She was in and out of consciousness for an unknown amount of time but awoke again at some point to Wayne performing oral sex on her,' court documents said.

She claimed she lost consciousness again and woke up in a hotel room with Wayne and had no clue how she had gotten there.

'A few weeks after the sexual assault, Ms. LeMaistre found out that she was pregnant. She had not had sex with anyone else, so Ms. LeMaistre knew that the pregnancy was the result of Wayne raping her,' the lawsuit said.

LeMaistre said given the recent death of her son, she decided to terminate her pregnancy and had an abortion in November 2016.

Court documents claim that one year later, Metro Boomin released a song titled Rap Saved Me - a 2017 collaboration between Metro Boomin, 21 Savage and Offset - that directly refers to the incident.

The specific lyrics cited are: 'She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I'm from the gutter ... ain't no changing.'

Metro Boomin was involved in a separate sex scandal earlier this year.

In May, his peripheral involvement in the Drake-Kendrick Lamar feud led some Internet sleuths to dredge up alleged old tweets that had not aged well, XXL and HotNewHipHop reported at the time.

The tweets from the singer, who was born September 16, 1993, were posted from 2011-2013, when he was between the ages of 17 and 19. The alleged tweets he sent made references to underage sex and using substances such as molly.

Metro Boomin said in a May 6 tweet he later deleted, 'I can't be a pedophile at 15 n**** #NoPedo,' both outlets reported at the time.
