An elderly Hong Kong man collapsed and died during a hike in Sai Kung on Sunday.

Authorities received a report at 4.30pm that the man, 69, had collapsed and was unconscious near Tung Wan at the scenic Tai Long Wan beach.
A Government Flying Service helicopter was dispatched to the scene to provide assistance.
The hiker was airlifted to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital in Chai Wan for emergency treatment but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
A police source said no injuries were apparent on the body.

The man was part of a group of nine people hiking in the Sharp Peak area.
