A car crashed into a security stand near a Trader Joe’s in Los Angeles Thursday, killing one and injuring at least four others.
The incident was reported at 1:21 p.m. at the grocery store on the 7900 block of 3rd Street.
There, a driver drove into a security stand in the parking lot of the store.
The driver was in a Tesla and lost control of her vehicle, causing her to hit a parked car and the pedestrians before the white sedan smashed into the pink structure, NBC reported.

The white Tesla smashed into the pink structure around 1.20pm near Third Street and Fairfax Avenue in the Beverly Grove area.The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed the fatal victim died at the scene of the crash.
The Los Angeles Police Department told The California Post that the remaining victims were hospitalized.
The driver was described as an 80-year-old woman who remained at the scene, according to the LAPD.
She was among the individuals who were hospitalized, though the severity of the injuries of the others who were hurt was not disclosed.
