Peak has officially had its final update, adding the new Ritual Dagger, which is your ticket to the Last Resort Badge. So, here’s how to get the Ritual Dagger in The Final Ascent update.
Whether you’re looking for the Capybaras, want to explore the tombs, or just plan on chaotically climbing up mountains with your friends, Peak has plenty for you to explore, especially with all the biomes you can try out.
It also has a ton of exciting items, as well as badges, essentially acting as challenges to complete along the way. Well, if you want to grab the Last Resort Badge, you’ll need the Ritual Dagger, and you’ll need to know how to use it. So, here’s everything you need to know about the Ritual Dagger in Peak.
How to get the Ritual Dagger
You’ll find the Ritual Dagger in co-op sessions of Peak, specifically in Ancient Luggage or from Ancient Idols. Though it’s worth noting this is a random spawn, so there’s a little bit of luck involved.
Aggro CrabIt’ll spawn in multiple biomes, but we’ve had the most luck in Gloom and The Citadel, so it’s worth exploring these if you want to complete the Last Resort Badge.
How to use the Ritual Dagger for the Last Resort Badge
Once you’re lucky enough to find the Ritual Dagger, you’ll want to get the Last Resort Badge. To do this, hold the Ritual Dagger and approach the back of your friend’s character. Then, press the right mouse button to ‘sacrifice’ them. This will essentially fill their Stamina bar with Petrify and kill them. But it heals injuries and gives you a bonus 100 stamina.
To gain the Last Resort Badge, you need to heal 75 or more injuries with a single use of the Ritual Dagger, so make sure you’re a little hurt.
Oh, and you can revive your friend at an Ancient Idol, so you’ll likely want to do it somewhere near here if you plan on bringing them back after.
