How to get customers & increase relationships in Schedule 1

Building your drug empire in Schedule 1 requires loyal customers, and increasing your relationships in a solid way to expand your business. 

Between making every drug, managing workers, and occasionally having to lose the police, there’s a lot to think about in Schedule 1. Customers are always the core of your business, however, so it’s vital to get as many as possible and keep them all happy.

Here’s exactly how you can get new customers and increase your relationships with them in the game.

4. Once they accept it, you’ll have a new customer.

You can find potential customers via the purple icons on the in-game map on your Phone (which you can open via the Tab key on your keyboard).

Offer a free sample

To get a new customer, you need to offer them a free sample of a product they’re interested in. When you’re about to offer a sample, you’ll see a list of that person’s favorite effects.

Do your best to bring them one that matches their exact needs. For reference, we’ve got a complete list of all the mixing recipes you can use, and the unique effects/mood interactions they provide. 

Once you’ve given a potential customer a sample, the new relationship will be unlocked.

How to increase customer relationships

The best way to improve your relationship with customers in Schedule 1 is to simply conduct as many deals as you can with them. 

If you’ve got a lot of people to see, however, you can always assign specific Dealers to people via the Dealers menu on your phone. Your relationships will still continue to grow even if it’s not you dealing the drugs face to face. 

Using your phone to track relationships 

Your in-game cellphone has a lot of purposes, including providing great insights into your customers. Once you’ve opened your phone, just navigate to the Contacts button on the main menu. 

From here, you’ll be able to select individual customers and see how your relationship is progressing. You’ll also have access to each person’s Standards and Favorite Effects, should you ever need to check the information.

Finally, the Product app on your phone is where you can list specific drugs for sale. Once you’ve done this, your customers will start messaging you about the items they want, so make sure you respond quickly to keep them happy!
