Unless you’re “Do Not Disturb”-ing yourself in a dark movie theater on Tuesday night to disassociate from the 2024 election (and we wouldn’t blame you), you’ll likely want to find the best places to tune into election coverage — whether you’re planning to spend the night in with yourself and a bottle of wine, or are hosting an Emotional Support watch party.
Whatever the case, cable will be chock-full of political coverage as the votes are counted during what is expected to be an extremely tight race. However, cable-cutters can still stream election coverage live online through a variety of Live TV streamers, such as Sling TV — currently offering a free trial.

‘Kornacki Cam’ Livestream on NBC

Rachel Maddow will lead MSNBC’s 2024 election coverage on Tuesday night. The anchor will provide breaking news updates and analysis with the assistance of Nicolle Wallace, Ari Melber, Joy Reid, Chris Hayes, Alex Wagner, Lawrence O’Donnell, Stephanie Ruhle and Jen Psaki.
Election Night Live With Brian Williams
Although Brian Williams is no longer with NBC News, he’s gearing up to hold forth from the early evening to the 11th hour during the national spectacle. Williams will lead a one-night special called “Election Night Live with Brian Williams.” The show, which will begin at 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 5, will be made available to all Amazon customers via Prime Video, regardless of whether they subscribe to the streaming outlet itself.
The Daily Show With Jon Stewart Special
On election night, “The Daily Show” will air a live special hosted by Jon Stewart, starting at 11 p.m. Like his usually weeknight shows, the comedian and political commentator will begin the show with an opening monologue, followed by interviews and other bits centered on the unfolding election results.
