What a clown.

In the aftermath of his illegal knock on Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence, Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair is choosing the route of zero class and, quite frankly, is showing that he’s completely ignorant. If you missed Sunday’s game, Al-Shaair took Lawrence out while he was sliding, which resulted in the quarterback being placed on injured reserve. Lawrence also could potentially miss the rest of the season.

After the news was announced Wednesday that his appeal was shut down by the NFL, Al-Shaair lashed out on Twitter in utter stupidity by embracing himself as a “villain.”

Al-Shaair was suspended for three games by the league for his pop on Lawrence.

“IF YOU WANT ME TO BE YOUR VILLAIN, ILL BE YOUR VILLAIN!” wrote Al-Shaair, which featured an emoji of a middle finger emoji.

When it comes to being an athlete, your brand is everything, especially here in 2024 where literally everything gets turned into a business somehow. It’s not like this guy is LeBron James, who embraced the villain role when he left the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat. This dude Azeez is embracing it after giving somebody a CONCUSSION.

Does this man not have an agent or somebody else to tell him to shut the hell up?

What an idiot, both personally and in a business sense.
