A Brazilian model, who ditched her former boyfriend for being cheap, is now hoping her 'gay' pet dog has better luck at finding love.
Marina Smith took to her Instagram account on Tuesday and appealed to her 954,000 followers for help in finding a partner for her best friend, Bartolomeu.
'He is a sensitive, companionable, playful dog, a Leo, and needs a boyfriend,' the ad read. 'Do you know someone who fits this profile perfectly?!'
The 34-year-old influencer, who was on the June cover of Glamour Bulgaria, claimed Bartolomeu prefers to interact with male pooches over females.

Although the post had garnered only 13 likes as of Thursday, Smith is hopeful that one of her followers knows of another four-legged creature who will match perfectly with her best friend.

Smith made headlines earlier this month when she revealed that a former boyfriend demanded she refund the bill of an old coffee date.

She alleged that her ex-boyfriend's frugal behavior was the main reason why they are no longer together.
'He always liked to share everything. It was fine to share expenses, but it got to the point where it was tiring,' Smith said, as quoted by Brazilian news outlet O Globo.
'It was as if everything had to be an exact account, and there was no gesture of generosity,' she added. 'In the end, I realized that this was not the kind of relationship I wanted for myself.'
Hopefully Bartolomeu's future boyfriend is not as cheap his owner's former flame.
