Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou says he's "surprised" at "how people in this country are so easily letting the game change so much so quickly" after a decision by the video assistant referee (VAR) was announced to the stadium for the first time in England, after Dominic Solanke had a second-half strike ruled out for offside.
