IDF strike targets Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut

The IDF strike hit Hezbollah's central headquarters in Dahiyeh, Beirut, built under residential buildings.
The IDF targeted Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in a strike on the terror organization's central headquarters in Beirut Friday evening, the IDF reported.
The IDF has not confirmed whether Nasrallah was hit, Axios reported, citing an Israeli source.
However, Reuters reported that Nasrallah is reportedly alive, citing a source close to Hezbollah.
"Hezbollah's central headquarters was intentionally built under residential buildings in the heart of the Dahiyeh in Beirut as part of Hezbollah's strategy of using Lebanese people as human shields," IDF Spokesman R.-Adm. Daniel Hagari stated in an evening address. Hagari said that the targeted building was the epicenter of Hezbollah's terror activities.

Just heard that news. The Israelis seems confident they got him. They targeted him and used bunker buster bombs and several air strikes to hit him. They notified us (the administration) about it.
I would have thought they would leave him in place, but take out all his minions. I guess I was wrong. Basically takes “negotiations” off the table for better or worse.

The Israelis are on our side, and this administration doesn’t appreciate it and tries to subvert it. American Jews notwithstanding, there is something seriously wrong with our political and diplomatic classes. They should be giving full throated support to Israel against these religious zealots but instead they coddle Iran. It makes no sense unless you factor corruption (financial and ethical and principle/“peer pressure”) into it.
